At Omysalon, we strive to ensure your salon equipment meets the highest standards of quality, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please ensure all beauty furniture and professional tools are unused and unassembled to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

Receive Authorization

Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate warehouse shipping address.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack the items in their original boxes with all accessories included, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Inspection and Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
